At this site you can view images acquired as part of our ongoing research to understand the relationship between degeneration of myofibrillar structure and cardiomyopathy. All of the images shown here were acquired with a Molecular Dynamics 2010 confocal laser scanning microscope and analyzed using Imagespace software on a Silicon Graphics Indy. These images were then transferred to a Silicon Graphics O2 webserver.
